
Remotely Piloted Aircraft (RPA)
Refers to a high-level Unmanned Aerial Vehicle (UAV) operated from a remote pilot station. This type of UAV requires specialized pilot training, one of the reasons being the need for these vehicles to interact with a remotely piloted aircraft systems (RPAS), a control system, to make sure operations are conducted with safety and security.
